What to wear and bring on treatment day
Answer first

Wear a comfortable top that buttons or zips at the front, bring your usual styling photo and a list of products you use, eat beforehand, and plan about 3 hours plus travel. Leave strong hair products off that morning.

What to wear

A front-opening top is easier than pulling a T-shirt over your head after the session. Avoid heavy earrings or hair accessories.

Come with clean, dry hair and no wax, gel or spray, unless your therapist says otherwise.

What to bring

A photo of how you usually style your hair, a list or photos of products and any medicines you take, and your phone charger for a 3-hour visit.

A cap or umbrella is useful if you are heading out into strong sun afterwards.

Plan your day

Eat a proper meal before you come. Allow for traffic and parking so you are not rushed.

Avoid booking the gym or a long outdoor activity right after.

Questions

Should I wash my hair before coming?
