How long does the NPM treatment take?

Do I need multiple sessions?

Ask a family member to take a photo of your crown from directly above in good light, with your hair in its usual parting. Take it again from the same angle every month and you will see the change. You can also compare with old photos from a few years ago to see the size of the whorl.

• If your scalp is oily, keep it clean and dry the scalp first after washing.
• Wear a hat or use an umbrella outdoors to reduce long sun exposure on the crown.

• Use warm water, not hot. Hot water dries and irritates the scalp.
• Lather the shampoo in your hands, then massage with your fingertips, never your nails.
• Rinse thoroughly so no foam or residue is left behind.
