Most people can go back to normal desk work the same day, because the session is non-surgical and you leave with the look already done. Plan around the 3-hour session, and avoid heavy sweating, strong sun and helmets for long periods for the rest of that day.
Desk work and meetings
You leave the centre looking ready, so office work, meetings and video calls are usually fine. Some people prefer a half-day off simply to relax.
If your scalp feels a little warm or sensitive, that usually settles within the day. Message us if it does not.
Jobs that need extra care
Outdoor work, kitchen shifts, construction, delivery riding and anything with a tight helmet or heavy sweating need more care. Ask us about timing your session before days off.
Gym instructors and athletes should plan a few lighter days.
Planning tip
Many clients book a Friday or the day before a weekend, so the first days of aftercare fall on rest days.
Questions
Will people notice I had something done?
Most people see a fuller-looking result, not signs of a procedure. Each person is different.
Can I wear a motorcycle helmet home?
Ask your therapist. Keep it short and use a clean, breathable inner liner if you must.
