Morning
The team reviews the day's bookings and notes from previous visits, prepares rooms and checks equipment and supplies.
During the day
Consultants do scalp checks and explain options and prices. Therapists run sessions such as Simulation & Stimulation or Genesis, and record photos under the same light each time.
End of the day
Follow-up messages go out to clients who had sessions, and any questions are passed to the right person. Notes are updated so your next visit starts where the last one ended.
